Then we have an amazing opportunity for you! At Art Heroes (Werk aan de Muur), we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague (at least 32 hours) for our Happy Customer Team. We mainly work from our cozy office in Haarlem.
Art Heroes is a dynamic and growing company specialized in selling artworks. With a passion for interior design and art, we aim to surprise our customers daily with beautiful art for their walls. We mainly work from our cozy office in Haarlem, always with the goal of making our customers happy.
About the job
At Art Heroes (Werk aan de Muur), excellent customer service is essential. We sell beautiful artworks for walls daily with love and passion, and we want our customers to be just as excited about them as we are!
You are someone who helps customers with attention and empathy. You have excellent social skills, and it makes you happy to make others happy. Do you also have a love for interior design and styling? Then you are at the right place with us!
In this role, you are busy every day supporting our German-speaking customers via email and phone. In addition, we keep a close eye on customer service trends & customer needs, so we can adjust our processes and customer service channels accordingly.

Art Heroes is growing!. That's why we're looking for someone to join:
- You are social, communicative, and know how to make people happy.
- You have an excellent command of the German language, both verbally and in writing.
- Living in the Netherlands.
- Speaking and writing in English is a plus, given our international growth.
- You like to think along with customers and aim for the best solution.
- You work accurately, have an eye for detail, and can handle pressure well.
- You are familiar with computers (Mac) and the internet.
- Experience with online customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is a must.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- A passion for interior design and styling is a nice extra.
- You have at least an MBO level of work and thinking.
- Mastery of the Dutch language is a plus.
