Culemborg (also called Kuilenburg or Kuylenburgh) is a city and municipality in the Neder-Betuwe, in the Dutch province of Gelderland. The municipality has a small 30,000 inhabitants. It is nice to live here. You are in Utrecht or Den Bosch, there are plenty of shops and nature is around the corner.
