Linlithgow palace. 140 trappen leiden naar de toren met prachtig uitzicht over het aangrenzende meer. Het was zeer rustig op de dag van mijn bezoek. ~Een moment dacht ik: als ik nu van de trap val, zal niemand me voorlopig vinden...eenmaal boven was ik dit snel vergeten. Een onvergetelijk uitzicht was de beloning van de klim!
